BEAST Yang Yoseob, who appeared on KBS 2TV school variety '100 points out of 100' aired on the 15th, showed overflowing variety feel.

On this day's '100 points out of 100', MC Park Myungsoo asked Yang Yoseob "Are you a celebrity" as a joke. Upon that, Yoseob responded with "You should know me well... I'm close with Kikwang", which caused a laughter. Park Myungsoo and Lee Kikwang are on MBC 'Sunday Sunday Night-Hot Brothers' together.

Then Park Myngsoo said "I personally like BEAST a lot, but I thought Lee Kikwang was going to come" which made Yoseob embarrassed. Yoseob was subjected to humiliation by MC Park Kyungrim saying "I thought Yoon Doojoon was going to come" after Park Myungsoo. Yoon Doojoon, just like Kikwang, is also actively doing solo activities through MBC sitcom 'All My Love'

Upon that, Yoseob made an appeal to this by saying "I'm Kikwang and Doojoon's friend" and "Don't remember me as BEAST's main vocal but just Kikwang and Doojoon's friend" which caused a laughter.

Ever since the beginning, fans have always looked up to their idols and often imitate their behaviour trusting that they are good. However it may not always be so. Recently a selca shot of JiYoon and GaYoon have sparked the netizens interest and disgust as a lewd gesture was shown in the picture. GaYoon's middle finger gesture has gotten fans both perplexed and amused.

"Jiyoon unni, always staying pretty and adorable~ but Gayoon, maybe this would leave a bad impression as a singer?” one user commented and along with others felt that this photo should be taken down to remove any bad impressions already made. It’s been concluded that measuring the amount of members of idol group fan clubs is fairly difficult. But there are fan clubs whose member numbers keep increasing even as of now. Due to these increasing numbers, there is a separate sector of groups that are leading.

Out of the idol groups, BEAST is the idol whose number of members in their fan club is still holding strong. The number of members in idol group BEAST’s official fan club is attracting attention, because its numbers have increased to over 160,000 members. The number of members increased in number by over 20,000 members during the past months, garnering much interest. Even in the first half of the year, there is some speculation that it’ll surge over 200,000 members.

Of course, among the idol groups, SuperJunior(19,000), 2PM(20,000) and even Big Bang(24,000) are at levels that even some well-off groups can’t beat. But out of all these idol groups, BEAST has jumped the dot late but they have even proved to be a threat in numbers of fan club members. Even after measuring the number of members, this is not an exaggeration.

The netizens have expressed “The number of members in an idol group’s fancafe isn’t as important as the uniqueness featured in each group,” “It won’t be easy to follow the number of members in Big Bang’s fan club,” and “BEAST’s popularity seems to be amazing” and other reactions as well.

Lee Gi Kwang appeared for the first time in ‘My Princess’.

In episode 4 of the new MBC Wednesday-Thursday drama ‘My Princess’ that was broadcasted on January 13th, Lee Gi Kwang acted as Kunnie who dreams of becoming royal court chef.

Lee Gi Kwang volunteered to be a supporter of Lee Seol (Kim Tae Hee), showing unlimited affection to her who came to his raw-fish restaurant at the beach. Lee Gi Kwang showed his unlimited affection to Lee Seol by winking and making a cute facial expression to her, and comforting her while she was distressful.

Especially, Kunnie entering the palace was shown at the end of the drama. His appearance, wearing pink pajama and having flower on his hair, was impressive. How Lee Gi Kwang will do in this drama is raising expectations.

Yang Yoseob recently appeared in KBS 2TV’s “100 out of 100 Points” and with his small face, he unintentionally humiliated the other guest stars.

Guests who also appeared as students on the show, SG Wannabe’s Lee Suk Hoon and Simon D, were most humiliated. Because Yang Yoseob sat in between the two, as they sat, their face sizes couldn’t help but be compared.

A list, compiled by the Chosun Ilbo, has surfaced as to which girl groups may dominate this years charts. They compiled the list based on their stage prescence, fan loyalty, capabilty , management and of course track records of their peformance. Let's take a look at the spread of the 13 groups.

Making it to the top tier are powerhouses SNSD, KARA, 2ne1 and rookie group, Miss A. Through the whole of last year, they managed to capture the attention of the viewers and show that they still had what it takes to take the stage by storm. Kudos to Miss A as they made such an impact such that they've been pipped to be the next big thing.

The second tier group consists of Sistar, T-ARA, After School , B.E.G, and f(x). However they've been predicted to fall out in the race and not be able to make an impact.

Our 4Minute, unfortunately, lies in the third tier along with Rainbow, Secret and shockingly Wonder Girls. Reason being due to their lack of success over the previous year. With such a piece of article being written by the media, it really leaves quite a big question mark as to who will make or break this year. But also really leaves us wondering what 4Minute will do to finally prove their doubters wrong and move up from their prelonged status as rookies.

Singer G.NA has revealed the teaser video that she and 2AM’s Jinwoon had filmed together.

At 10 am on the 14th, CUBE Entertainment released the teaser video for G.NA’s 1st full album ‘Black & White’ on the official fan café and other online video sites.

G.NA held an enthusiastic performance with 2AM’s Jinwoon after her debut song ‘I’ll Back Off So You Can Live’ music video, which she had filmed with Yoon Doojoon. Jinwoon posted a playful tweet on twitter saying “This time around, I’m Gina noona’s boyfriend?”

Before her debut, G.NA was a JYP trainee along with Yoon Doojoon and Jinwoon. The fact that these two people announce that they are transforming into G.NA’s boyfriends every album release shows the work of a long time friendship in action.

Within the 1 minute long teaser, G.NA and Jinwoon enter as lovers and a romantic atmosphere filled the air. These two people loved each other, but after breaking up, they both cried at the thought of beautiful past memories. This scene can remind one of a melodrama.

Especially in the ‘back hug’ scene, where he pulls her in warmly with large snowflakes falling in the background and happiness sinking in, viewers’ hearts become thrilled.

G.NA’s first full album will be released on music sources on the 18th.

[NEWS] Nam Jihyun continued her activities in Malaysia despite of bad health condition

4Minute, including other co-CUBE Entertainment artists such as BEAST and G.NA, had just finished a successful concert in Malaysia yesterday. However, behind the girls' energetic and fierce performance for the concert, was the unknown condition of 4Minute's Leader, Nam Jihyun, as she has been reportedly suffering from bad health conditions even before they went to Malaysia.

A staff from CUBE said that she started this New Year while gravely suffering from severe colds. It also seemed like her condition got worst the moment they went to Malaysia as her body had a hard time adjusting to the changing weather temperature as they transferred from South Korea to Malaysia. He also said that Jihyun is currently getting some treatments and is trying her best to feel better as soon as possible.

CUBE's representative also revealed that they already recommended Jihyun to take a break with her family to avoid further harm on her health; however, she still insisted on finishing all her responsibilities for she was also worried for the group's performance and enforced that she has to finish what the group has committed of doing.

Meanwhile, the girls of 4Minute are also in their preparations for their upcoming comeback.

Let us all hope for Jihyun's quick recovery!

4Minute's Kim HyunA uploaded a playful picture of them through her Twitter as to inform their fans on how much they have enjoyed their visit in Malaysia.

Along with the picture, she tweeted: "During our filming..... ♥ Malaysia annyeong!"

4Minute took this shot from a premiere shopping street in Malaysia. The girls decided to make a wacky, silly picture that would show their cute personalities. As you can see, 4Minute's leader, Nam Jihyun, who's the tallest among the them, raised her arms, resulting to HyunA posing with her knees bent, hiding half of her face showing a comic expression as she placed her face near Jihyun's underarms. It's also noticeable how Gayoon made a funny-expression too which somehow relates to Jihyun's underarm too.

[News] Beast's fanclub members, threat for Suju and 2PM

Beast recently emerged as a ‘hot’ male idol group. Beast’s official fan cafe member recently has surpassed 160000 people. In months, more than 20000 additional members is registered. And in the first half of the year, the member has reached 200000 people.

Beast now has the largest official fan cafe member, surpassed other male idol group such as Shinee (73000), MBLAQ (80000), and 2AM (60000). While the other group’s official fan cafe member show a downward trend, Beast official fan cafe shows a rapid multiplication.

Currently Beast’s official fan cafe circumstances is a threat for the nation’s top male groups, such as Super Junior (230000 in 천휘룡(Cheonhwiryong) and 190000 in 온새미로(Onsaemiro)), 2PM (200000), and Big Bang (240000).

The number of official fan cafe member is one of the gauges to measure their popularity. An expert in music industry explained that “Typically 10% members of the fan cafe will buy the album and attend their concerts.”

Yes, you've read it right! 4Minute's Kim HyunA who sang one of the greatest KPOP hit songs of 2010, popularly known as CHANGE, will be releasing another solo single this May.

HyunA is just one of the several female idols who had just turned 20 this year 2011. With that, people are expecting her to undergo some changes like showing more of their "never-seen" personalities and a sense of dynamism in other aspects.

In answer to people's curiosity, CUBE's CEO, Hong Seungsong, revealed some of HyunA's planned activities for the first half of the year. Besides the first announcement of 4Minute's release of their first full Korean album between February and March, Kim HyunA will also be using her time for her comeback as a solo singer/performer by May.

He stated, "Hyuna will have her second solo song which is expected to be released in May. Though this time, fans should expect a radical change in her concept."

For the fans who have been waiting for the opening of the ticket sales on the 12th at 2PM KST, BEAST’s management had posted the first version of the teaser for the encore concert via their official Youtube channel and the official fan café to hype up the mood for the special event.

BEAST will be posting up the corresponding teasers for the BEAST encore concert 'Welcome BACK to BEAST Airline' that will be held on February 18th and 19th at the Seoul Olympic Gymnasium. The first one was the ‘Yoon Doojoon Version’ and along with the release, the official promotions have begun.

Also, the management stated that they will be revealing the concert teasers for each member for six days starting with Yoon Doojoon. The teasers this time will display the stage videos for each member along with the narration of comments that each member experienced about the first solo concert with their own voice.

There is an importance on the fact that BEAST members showed no hesitation choosing the first concert as the moment that was their happiness and joy and that the encore concert will be a rerun of that moment.

Yesterday, Yoseob took to his Twitter and asked fans to stop terrorizing Rainbow’s Jaekyung’s homepage because of casting rumors for ”We Got Married.” In response to the reprimand, B2ST’s fanclub ‘B2UTY’ has issued an official apology.

Yoseob previously expressed through his Twitter: “Because of the people that spat out words without any thought, the wounds are still not healing. It’s the same for anyone else, if not me. No matter how it’s done or who they are, what I’m saying is that you cannot harm people. Apologize. Or shall I apologize on behalf of you?”

On January 7th, an apology was put up on the group’s official fancafe stating:

Us B2UTYs would like to make an official apology. We’ve caused much damage towards SHINee and the SHINee World fandom. People under the name of B2UTY have left unrespectable posts in the SHINee fancafe and have made it embarrassing for even the stars themselves to see each other without embarrassment.

Regarding the ‘We Got Married’ rumor casting between B2ST’s Junhyung and Jaekyung, many unrespectable B2UTYs have terrorized and left hateful messages on Jaekyung’s homepage, deeply wounding her.
