Jang Hyunseung's musical efforts... filled his lacking acting skills with singing

"I love you."

You can receive all the love from the public one second, but in another, you can be headed straight for the ground. That is the rule of the entertainment industry. When did this happen? You can assume that this happened at least before the 1700s when the musical prodigy Mozart had lived.

In the musical , Mozart goes through horrible growing pains. For Mozart, who left his home to find freedom, he grows up tasting the sweet and bitter flavors of society. However, he realizes that he had grown up as a person after he loses his mother and father. In the end, he dies not being able to finish his Requiem (music to encourage the souls of the dead).

Mozart grew up listening to the people call him a prodigy. His life strangely resembles an idol who lives and dies from popularity. Maybe that's the reason, but you can feel that the Jang Hyunseung (BEAST) challenged goes beyond the boundaries of imagination and reality.

Jang Hyunseung approached this first chance at musical acting through . He must have gone through so much pressure with his sunbae JYJ Kim Junsu finishing the musical very successfully and as he was casted with Park Euntae and Im Taekyung. However, Jang Hyunseung put all the behind and stood proudly as the prodigy Mozart at the Sejong Culture Hall.

Because it was his first time, there were a lot of things he was clumsy at. He didn't lose his focus and concentration, but it was expected of him. The movements he made wasn't natural and it resembled more of a calculated movement. However, music was on his side. He filled his acting with his singing. At the sound of his voice longing for love with his two arms wide open, even the Japanese audience who came to watch the performance automatically clapped for him.

that began on July 10th ended on the 4th few days back. Jang Hyunseung had succesffuly completed his first challenge and returned to his original occupation as a singer. To him, was a chance and a part of his growing pains. The decisions he make in the future will clearly show from now on.

Eru is working with BEAST's Yong Junhyung.

The title song "Hate You" off of Eru's new mini album 'Feel Brand New Part.2' has been born as the new hit emotional song thanks to BEAST Yong Junhyung's rap featuring. The mixture of Eru's vocals and Yong Junhyung's rap helps the song give off a new modern taste.

By displaying Yong Junhyung directly in the teaser video clip, Eru attracted the attention of many fans. In the music video, Eru and Junhyung will be switching off singing and rapping their parts, creating a whole new different atmosphere.

About working with Yong Junhyung Eru said, "He is someone who is really good at rapping. I was scared and nervous at the same time wondering if he would match me well. I was someone who always did ballad songs, so I never tried a dance genre before. Baek Jiyoung noona had been a dance singer before so she matched well with him, but I was curious about how I would turn out. But, Junhyung worked to match me well. His voice was good and since he is a good rapper, everything went smoothly."

He said, "Before I recorded, I talked a lot with the composers. The song 'Hate You' was supposed to be a unit song. The role of the rapper makes a greater impact on this song compared to any others. It's almost as if I sang the chorus to a rap song. And because the rapper role was big to fill, I realized that I really needed to find someone who was a great rapper."

In addition he said, "I thought about it for a while and in the past I really wanted to give a song to BEAST so I gave him a call. Junhyung agreed right away that he will help out. He is a great friend you can rely on. When we were practice recording he was just mumbling some words, but everyone was satisfied. We convinced him to do this song with us no matter what."

Eru had even wrote the music video scenario himself. He was thinking about a story that everyone could agree with and he wanted to film the story of a bad woman. Not some unfaithful woman, just a bad woman.

Eru stated, "The music video itself is a half screen. Yong Junhyung and I both get the farewell message on the same screen. One man through a phone call and the other man through his girlfriend herself. Both suffer from the pain. Then the two men gather at one place and tell their story through singing and rapping. If you watch the music video until the end, you will think that this can actually happen in real life."

Eru's new song and music video will be released on August 8th through various music sites.

[NEWS] Nam Jihyun to make an appearance on TVN's upcoming drama "The 3rd Hospital"

4minute's Nam Jihyun will make a special appearance in TVN's upcoming drama "The 3rd Hospital."

On August 3rd, the singer shared the promo pictures of the episode on her twitter along with words of encouragement to the cast and to the show.

Nam Jihyun will play a popular singer who suddenly collapsed on stage. She was immediately taken to the Seohan General Hospital which is at the center of the story in the drama. Nam Jihyun's character was admitted to the hospital to treat her tense muscles.

Nam Jihyun was praised for her constant smile despite the heat and the late filming hours and her tight schedule as a member of 4minute. She interacted with the cast and also brightened up the atmosphere along with actor Oh Ji Ho.

She was praised for her acting by the staff of "The 3rd Hospital" and despite having little time to film her scenes, she was able to focus and successfully completed her scenes.

Meanwhile, "The 3rd Hospital" which started filming last April will premiere on September 5.
