[NEWS] 4minute's Kwon Sohyun, to TEEN TOP's L.Joe "Will you be my boyfriend?" Confession

4minute's Kwon Sohyun revealed a photo from TEEN TOP's new MV shooting venue. She's the female main character for TEEN TOP's 2nd mini-album 'I'm Going Crazy' MV.

She uploaded a photo on 29th with a caption, "TEEN TOP's teaser is out. It's my first time, other than my works with 4minute. Look forward to it ^^ Ah! The photo that I uploaded yesterday was from TEEN TOP's MV shooting venue. One more photo."

Kwon Sohyun uploaded a photo on 27th with a caption, "Will you be my boyfriend?" Netizen was curious about the meaning of the photo. Turns our it was a couple photo from TEEN TOP's MV.

In the photo, we can see Sohyun wearing a knit with cute patterns, while listening to music through headphones and leaning against the wall.

In the other photo, we can see her wearing a one-piece while gathering both her hands, and smiling shyly. Beside her, TEEN TOP's L.Joe was sitting while looking at the ground with his hand in the pocket.

[NEWS] 4minute's January Comeback, Hyunah is Busy 'Schedule Maker'

4minute will be making their comeback in January.

They're now done with the album, and will be making a comeback in January with a new album. Cube Entertainment CEO Hong Seungseong revealed the news on 26th December at a press conference.

With the comeback date confirmation, Hyunah will be spending more and more busy days. Hyunah is currently promoting 'Trouble Maker' with BEAST's Jang Hyunseung. They're gaining popularity for their radical performance, and is currently doing well in charts. They also won #1 place in some music programs.

CEO Hong Seungseong said sorry towards Hyunah for making her work restlessly, and revealed that their 2012 comeback is for 4minute's big development.

[NEWS] TEEN TOP’s L.Joe, transformation into a romantic guy… Acting as a couple with 4minute’s Kwon Sohyun

Group TEEN TOP’s L.Joe transformation into a romantic guy has become a hot issue. After the release of their jacket photo on the 28^th which was a 180 degrees transformation with them as rebels becoming a hot topic; on the 29^th through TEEN TOP’s official Youtube channel the drama version teaser of the title track “Crazy” of their 2^nd mini album received much attention.

The youngest member of 4minute Kwon Sohyun appearing as the female lead has attracted attention. In the teaser, L.Joe calls out for Kwon Sohyun while running after her and the appearance of the TEEN TOP members has caught everyone’s attention.

[NEWS] BEAST, "Next year we will receive first place with more meaning

After the mega hit of Big Bang and Wonder Girls in 2007, it's been already 4 years since the "idol fad" has been going around. Each year, the idol industry has been known to be overflowing, however the new groups put together with dream and passion has successfully gained the attention of the public, even though the type of attention might be negative.

The ideal type of this is BEAST. Consisting of members who faced hard times in YG and JYP, BEAST was finally able to join the group of popular stars in two years and is currently awaiting to start off a 14 country world tour next year. Even though it might be something that can raise the confidence of the group, BEAST continues to remain strange. When we said we will be interviewing the "hot people" who lit up the 2011 year, leader Yoon Doojoon blurted out "huk." (T/N: "Huk" is the Korean word used in shocking situations or moments in disbelief).

"We still need to work harder. Really. I'm not saying this because it is an interview, but we were really disappointed. We really wished to release another album for you guys. We only had the 5 weeks of activities in Korea with our album."

In this age of overflowing idols, the reason they are displaying a lead in this race has to do with their sad beginning for BEAST who started later than some. Yoon Doojoon continued to deny the fact they were ahead and stated that there was a big moment of change for them.

"To be really honest. When we first debuted, we thought we were going to do really well. (Laughs) Maybe not a top star material, but we thought we were going to do fairly well. But, that wasn't the case. Other than the fact that we were active thanks to the help of other idol groups, it was really hard for us. So that is why the members started to prepare their minds. We thought we might have to do part time jobs. Or we thought about what kind of jobs we will do for the future. It was really serious."

Most of the times they showed a lot of playful sides, however they changed a lot about themselves to overcome the hard times. And then, they started to see the seats in front of them fill up with BEAST fans.

"It was when we were active with 'Mystery'. Suddenly, there were a lot of fans in the seats. Then, we came to the conclusion that we will be able to catch more attention if we worked a bit harder. We thought and considered a lot of things. How should I say this. We were really desperate."

Just like that BEAST, who had become the popular group, was able to make a statement as one of the top groups of this year. During February, they completed their first concert at Seoul Olympic Stadium and won the artist award for their first official album through Melon Music Awards.

"The concert at Olympic Stadium, it was the biggest award for us then and it still is even now. Going to BOYZ II Men and G Dragon's solo concerts, we wondered when we were going to do a concert here. That was the truth even though it makes us look really sad. (Laughs) When we were given the chance to do a concert there, worries filled us first. We were concerned that other people thought we were being arrogant. It's been only 2 years since debut, and it was a bit early for us. However, many people came and we can't forget our performances then."

If you look at that way, for BEAST everything has been early on time. Concert, winning first place, and even the world tour, everything has been faster for them compared to other groups. Rather than being prideful, BEAST had been more modest.

"We were cursed at a lot after winning first place. (Laughs) The thing we agreed on though was that we need to be more active next year and receive the award then with more meaning. World tour is overwhelming. In hallyu sense, we are like babies. We are nervous to be starting so early compared to other sunbaes, but we will complete it well. And when the tour is over, we hope that you will anticipate and support the album we are releasing after the tour as well. Our overall goal is really different. Honestly, the award isn't important to us. We just want to be a group that adults can name in surveys."

For BEAST who had spent half of the year overseas, it was hard for them, but they are overcoming it with the close friendship between the members.

"The relationship between the members is really good. Since debut, I think right now we are doing the best right now. Last Christmas, all the members got together to watch a movie. We watched 'National Player" and the six men laid down and cried together. (Laughs)"

[NEWS] BEAST has potential with the world tour

[TV Report Kang Seunghoon Reporter] BEAST, 4minute, G.NA, the artists who participated in the 'United Cube Concert' are still in a weak condition, but they showed that they have plenty of potential.

In a conference held in Seoul Lotte Hotel on the 26th at 1PM, BEAST stated, "Through performances in Europe (England) and Brazil we were able to cooperate with the fans. However the condition of the stages weren't as good. In England, there was tradition in the stage, so it wasn't a setting we could explode fireworks or add a extending stage so overall that it was hard for teams like us who perform. Brazil was in a better condition than England, it wasn't free as we were in Korea."

In addition, they added, "Even though it was harder to perform in Europe and South America, we thought that it would be easier for other Korean artists to perform in these locations if we set up a good start for them. In the future, we will be able to meet the fans and perform in many more different areas."

BEAST explained that KPOP hasn't been expanded to the point it was so popular, but there was a sign of high potential.

BEAST stated, "In Asia there are people who notice us in the streets, but Europe it wasn't even to that extent. However, the way we are treated by the Europeans had changed compared to last year. In the future, we believe that KPOP will be favored by fans even more in Europe and South America."

The reason why BEAST says that there is potential is because each time they release an album, music video, or a video clip, there are more and more people who are clicking it. In reality, even during the performances in England and Brazil oversea fans used their SNS and youtube account to post videos and many people were able to check it out.

BEAST commented, "Oversea fans film videos and since they post the videos on youtube, we believe that is how it gets spread a bigger audience. One Indian fan tweeted us that she wanted us to perform there, and we will try to make that possible."

BEAST confessed that they will be heading 2012 with a planning and adventurous mind. And of course, they will be releasing an album around April-May of next year and fulfill their activities in Korea.

According to comments by locals, BEAST seems to be minor at the moment, however they commented that can also be the performance team that has the potential to finish the world tour successfully.

BEAST stated, "The performances in Brazil and England seemed to have been a little forced on us. If we take out the big entertainment business and just focus on the fact that Cube is throwing a family concert, I hope that we can continue the 'United Cube Concert'."

BEAST will be starting off the concert in Seoul on February 4-5th, 2012 and move on to Germany (Berlin), England (London), Spain, America (3 cities), Canada (2 cities), Singapore, Japan (5 cities), Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, and more totaling to 14 countries, 21 cities, and 35 concerts.

Starting February of next year in Seoul, BEAST concert estimated price is at 200 million won. Other than big LEC screens, different equipment, lights, 3D effects will be used to create the greatest show.

BEAST held a conference on the 26th at the Seoul Lotte Hotel and revealed their plans for the upcoming 2012 year. Hong Seungsung president stated, "From February to April, BEAST will be releasing 3 singles." In addition he added, "The single being released in January will be a ballad genre, in February it will be hip hop genre, in March it will be a medium dance genre single. On April-May, BEAST will be making a comeback in Korea."

Popular group BEAST will be opening a 14 country and 21 city world tour titled 'Beautiful Show' next year. An estimated amount of about 200 million won is expected to be the starting amount.

Cube Entertainment stated at a conference on the 26th at Seoul Lotte Hotel, "Starting from February BEAST will be opening a 35 destination world tour." And added, "We are preparing an amazing show with state of the art equipment and 3D effects."

The estimated audience is to be 200 thousand people and they are planning to travel Germany, England, Spain (3 times around Europe) and LA, New York, San Francisco, and more (6 times in America), and Vancouver, Toronto, and more (4 times in Canada). As for Asia, including the 2 times in Korea, they will also be heading to Singapore, Japan, China, Taiwan, and Thailand.

BEAST will be taking control of this concert starting with the planning process.

Ah..I’m leaving a message late into the night…
From London to Brazil, and to Japan which we will be headed to today..
Also, aside from that is our personal schedules..
I think this was our busiest time..
With that, I wasn’t able to leave a sincere message which I wanted to apologize for..
First off, the London concert ended smoothly like the gentleman-like country it is.
It touched us from the manners of the audience to the staff, as each and every little thing seemed organized..
And Brazil which we were at yesterday was really like the country of passion..
It touched us once again in seeing a unique kind of reaction.
The performances in London and Brazil.. were to be honest, poorly done.
Because we weren’t able to use the stage to its full capacity as well as the demands for having a standing section, we were worried first..
But to tend our worries, the reactions of the crowd were no different from our own country in seeing fans genuinely sing along line by line to our lyrics,
You have no idea how many times I tried to not show tears.
Whether the performance was a success of failure… I think we were able to make important memories in being able to perform among the mass of k-pop..
In waiting for us all day in the very cold weather in London to the very hot weather in Brazil..
I want to deliver the message of genuinely thanking those who were able to become one with us through this message!!
Also…a little less than 2 months left…
The time that everyone has been waiting for for a year is approaching right before our eyes.
Thank you for allowing us to perform like this again.
The determination of BEAST in 2012 is different from others.

[NEWS] 4minute, BEAST, G.NA - Hallyu Craze in Brazil!

4minute, BEAST, and G.NA spark the Hallyu craze in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Cube Entertainment's artists arrived in Sao Paulo to attend South America's first K-pop concert 'M Live by CJ 2011 United Cube Concert in Brazil'.

Around 300 local fans gathered in the airport because of the news of their landing. 4minute BEAST and G.NA arrived in Brazil on the 11th, while 4minute's Hyunah and BEAST's Jang Hyunseung & Lee Kikwang arrived on 12th. Both arrivals received a big welcome.

All fans who had waited in the airport gave a big welcome by shouting all of the group names at the same time. Fans who couldn't hide their excitement burst into tears, or sang the artists' songs and left in the airport to sooth.

Some local fans gave help to protect them safely, helping the police and airport security personnel. Some fans made a safety-line by standing side by side, to protect the singers.

4minute's Jeon Jiyoon revealed her testimonial, "We always feel touched to meet all the fans who have been waiting for us. They brought some picket signs to show that they are thankful for our arrival in Brazil. I felt really weird when I accidentally looked into a fan's eyes, who was crying while shouting our names. I will show a fun and cool stage, to make an unforgettable memory for them."

Meanwhile, we can see some news regarding the concert in daily Brazilian newspapers about the "Korean Wave" which made a greater expectation for the concert.

[NEWS] 4minute's Sohyun, "Hyunah is more childish than me in her daily life."

4minute member Sohyun (17) revealed that Hyunah (19) has a really different personality in daily life, rather than her sexy image on stage.

On the latest episode of MBC Everyone 'Weekly Idol', a voting for the 'Real Sexy-idol' was revealed. For female idols, Hyunah was chosen as #1.

MCs Defconn and Jung Hyungdon asked for a comment from 4minute's Sohyun because Hyunah was performing outside the country.

They asked whether Hyunah is also sexy in daily life or not. Sohyun answered, "I don't know for the other times. But she's more childish than me in daily life. I think people love her for working hard on stage as a performing group."

[NEWS] A Witness of Hyunah's Sexiness, WG Vocal Trainer

A witness that 4minute's Hyunah was sexy since she was young was revealed.

An interview from vocal trainers, hair designers, health trainers, etc that made all stars today was revealed on Y-Star 'Curious' that will air on 10th December.

They are close with the stars they trained not only as a student and teacher, but also as a person. It's because they had known them since their trainee days until their debut. They revealed some episodes from top star's humanly problem and private life.

Go Yoonhee is a Vocal Trainer who is in charge of Rain, Wonder Girls, 2PM, and 2AM's voices. He revealed, "I first met Hyunah (4minute) when she was in 5th grade of elementary school. There was some problem back then because of her natural sexiness."

Hyunah is sexy even when she wears normal colored shirts. That's why she was commanded to wear shirts with splashed colors to hide her sexiness. To usher in the holidays this year, 4minute will be releasing their very own set of season's greetings! Not only will this set include 4minute's first official calendar for the year of 2012, but also a diary, postcard set, 4minute masking tape, and stickers!

Currently, the set is up for pre-order only for Korean fans at such sites as GMARKET (starting on 12/10), AUCTION (starting 12/13), and EBAY on the 23rd. [NEWS] Enthusiasm of 400 Fans in London Airport Upon the Arrival of BEAST/4minute

BEAST, 4minute, G.NA, etc from Cube Entertainment felt the K-pop storm on London directly.

They arrived at Heathrow Airport, London on 4th December local time. They went out from the gate after 1 hour of immigration process. When they first went out from the gate, the first thing they saw were 400 local fans.

A representative from Cube Entertainment revealed to Star News, "More than 400 local fans came to the airport with placards etc, we were really surprised."

And explained how was the situation, "They showed their enthusiasm by gathering together at once when they saw the artists. Because they gathered at once and so suddenly, the artists couldn't greeted them properly."

They also added, "BEAST, 4minute, and G.NA are really thankful for all the support of U.K fans. They will repay all the love with the concert."

BEAST, 4minute, and G.NA held the 'United Cube Concert in London' on 5th December 7.30 PM in OS Brixton Academy.

Meanwhile, 4minute's Hyunah and BEAST's Jang Hyunseung who is currently promoting their single as a sub-unit 'Trouble Maker' couldn't go on the same flight. But they will arrive before the concert starts and join the concert.

[NEWS] Cube Ent First Official Concert in London, Great Success

4minute, BEAST, and G.NA held a successful first official K-pop Concert in U.K called 'United Cube in London'.

'United Cube Concert' is a joint concert by Cube Entertainment. It was held on 5th December at O2 Brixton Academy. More than 4000 fans from countries in Europe came for the 2,5 hours concert, it gathered all their passion for K-pop.

The concert started with 4minute's 'Hot Issue'. 4minute showed a new try for their hit songs by combining it with Euro sounds and outfits with LED. They received a consistent cheers from the fans throughout their strong performance.

Before the concert, they arrived at Heathrow Airport on 4th December. More than 400 fans gathered at the airport and paralyzed the gate, surprising the other visitors.

Fans from around Europe started to stand on 4 lines since morning, before the concert started on 5th December. We can also see some parodies of Cube artists' dance, song, fashion, etc. We can see that they're enjoying the K-pop festival that was held for the first time.

A representative from Brixton Academy said, "O2 is a venue where we have many history of world-class band performances. We're glad that the first Asian singers' concert was successful. It's the first time to see all 4000 visitors who lined up since the morning. We received so many contacts from fans all over Europe before the concert and we were surprised."

CEO Hong Seungseong from Cube Entertainment revealed his thought, "K-pop movement has started in U.K, which is the birthplace of Pop. Cube starts from London and will continue on proving the content of global competitiveness. I feel like we upgraded the dimension of K-pop for another level.

Meanwhile, Cube Entertainment will held their 4th concert of 'United Cube' on 13th December in Sao Paulo, Brazil as the first K-pop concert in South America.

[NEWS/INFO] Starts from Trouble Maker.. More Unit-Group to Come

According to the plan, more unit-groups are going to debut after Trouble Maker (BEAST's Jang Hyunseung & 4minute's Hyunah)

Reporters met with Cube Entertainment's CEO Hong Seungseong in Yoeuido, Seoul on 2nd December. He revealed, "Trouble Maker is our first unit project. More unit-groups are coming out soon."

Trouble Maker is a unit-group that showed a strong performance. He didn't reveal the concept of the other groups. He left the possibility open by saying, "They can be a co-ed group, or male-male, or even female-female."

He revealed his resolution regarding Trouble Maker member's new stage names, "Both of them matches well in some parts. Personality, representation, music, etc. It's not a meeting of BEAST's Hyunseung and 4minute's Hyunah, but it's a new color as Trouble Maker."

[INT] Unit 'Troublemaker' Hyuna·Hyunseung "we're awkward at first" @doublev89 @4m_hyunah

4Minute Hyuna and Beast Jang Hyunseung done well with their activities. They named themselves 'Troublemaker'. But they are anything but leaving their both respective groups. They're bringing the atmosphere of "jaw-dropping with the nice feel on stage".

'Troublemaker', Hyuna and Jang Hyunseung, we meet up at Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeoido, Seoul at 2PM. The first question asked was about their kiss performance during MAMA (Mnet Asian Music Award) 2011 on the previous 29th. At that time, the provocative act of the fiery kiss between Hyuna and Hyunseung, amazed everyone.

During that scene, APink who watched the stage said to interview, "We were shocked too as we never expected it" "Hyuna unnie was really shy when she came down from the stage and Hyunseung oppa is like 'well, I did it'".

Particularly, Hyuna was feeling rather bold, "ever since rehearsal, I was already trembling with nervousness and my hands were sweating" "But I tremble more after the debut stage" she recalls. Jang Hyunseung said "Falling on stage could be one of the accidental situation" "It felt like a burden but when the stage ended, the other Beast members told me that I was 'cool'".

Since the beginning, both of them looked perfect that their breath didn't appear sluggish (worked perfectly together). Even though they're from the same agency and are colleagues, this oppa, dongsaeng were often so awkward. Jang Hyunseung said "At first, it's not easy since we barely know each other personally" "I never realized that Hyuna likes to do aegyos a lot. On stage, she looks so original…".

The director from their agency, Cube Entertainmentm said that 'Troublemaker' is a 'mixed performance group that will give out a fresh feeling'. Hyuna has her own solo album, means in reality, Beast member, Jang Hyunseung is the actual highlight of the performance unit. Beast members have kept his personal activity in silence.

"While the other members have personal activities to do, I rather spend a lot of my time practicing. I don't know if I'm becoming an addict, but I felt like going back to my trainee days where I thought everything is just not enough. I spend around 12hours practicing at the studio. Sometimes, I feel restless if I don't practice."

Hyuna too acknowledged of him being a practice bug. Hyuna said "Hyunseung has a lot of greed on stage" "If you go to the studio in the early morning, you will meet Hyunseung oppa"

This mixed unit, Troublemaker, is doing well live with Hyuna's high key and Jang Hyunseung's stage presence.

Jang Hyunseung, what's behind this nickname, JS? "I'll reveal it on the day of my comeback"

Rather than the usual fashion, Jang Hyunseung with the stylists are together in search for their so many costumes. In this unit, he rather used the stage name 'JS'. He said "Originally, I want to use that name rather than my real name when Beast doing their activities," as for the meaning of it, Jang Hyunseung responded "On the day of my first stage, I will reveal it through Twitter".

These two people actually have much things in common like a liking towards pizzas but somewhere off the usual when their stares change when on stage. They also added that other than 'Troublemaker' there are other possible units like Beast Yang Yoseob, 4Minute Heo Gayoon. Both are their respective teams' main vocalists thus it will later show something different to look forward to.

"Please anticipate a lot for 'Troublemaker' from Beast Jang Hyunseung, 4Minute Hyuna. Rather than just a provocative and rapping in the song, I want to show you my best performance." (Hyuna)

On the 4th of SBS is the first stage for 'Troublemaker', on the 5th to London, England and on the 13th to Sao Paulo, Brazil for 'United Cube Concert'.

[NEWS/INFO] Cube Unit 'Trouble Maker' with 4minute's Hyunah & BEAST's Jang Hyunseung

4minute's Hyunah and BEAST's Jang Hyunseung formed a performance unit-group called 'Trouble Maker'.

Cube Entertainment revealed the news on their official website on 24th November. We can see a fabulous private party in an all-black dress code for the main jacket photo. The unit is receiving more expectations because it's a meeting between a representatives of 'performance'. People are expecting for a provocative and stylish show from them.

They will start to reveal their teaser photo on 25th November, and released their mini-album on 1st December. We can look forward to Jang Hyunseung's unique music color, Hyunah's solid rap skill, dance number, emotional ballad, and other varieties of genres in the album.

Cube Entertainment also revealed, "They will open a new gate in the music industry as the first performance co-ed unit who will release a mini-album, instead of a digital single. They will throw away all the obvious and boring things, and will deliver a shocking and stunning stage."
