[INFO]4minute loves health food and getting their nails done

"Girl groups only live by drinking water? We eat health food and dance."




This five-member group is the front runner in powerful performances. The choreography for "Mirror, Mirror" was so sexy and powerful that the "spread legs dance" started to raise problems. In order to settle those issues, the choreography had to be changed. Although this was inconvenient, the girls still became acknowledged as a sexy girl group amidst the controversies.

For the powerful 4minute, slender bodies are a necessity. The members can boast of their small sizes. However, their health and beauty is due to their vegetable diet. "We love eating health foods. Eating well gives us the energy to dance. This is a must in order to keep our bodies in shape.



During their promotions for "Mirror, Mirror," nails and makeup have given 4minute strength. In order to match the title of their song, they wear dazzling outfits and "bling bling" accessories. They even wear bright colors and designs on their nails. 4minute barely go outside when they don't have scheduled activities, but when they get their nails done, they get so excited that they tend to go to the Rodeo street in Seoul Apgujeong*.
"As my finger nails looked prettier, I realized that my mood was getting better too. Isn't it really pretty?"

4minute's dorm is an apartment located in Seoul Chungdamdong. While living together, they spend their time, practice, and go to scheduled activities together. Even when they have free time, they rarely go out individually. None of the members even have their driving licenses yet.

"If we win first place on a music program or if it's the end of the year, we go to karaoke rooms with the people we work with. When we do so, our stress is relieved and we have a lot of fun too. Otherwise, we spend pretty much all of our time in the dorms. We don't have many celebrity friends. Our world has changed to one in which our cellphones barely ring."
